The Gravel Pit
The gravel pit is for the benefit of the entire community. A reasonable quantity of aggregates can be purchased by each owner from the community council.
Owners wishing to use this material shall contact the council ahead of time, stating the desired quantity and type of aggregate,
to gain authorization and access.For larger amounts, pre-payment will be required.
Materials are for the benefit of all owners, therefore each owner shall only request a reasonable quantity.
Material shall only be taken from the piles, and not from the roadway.
